1. General provisions
The owner of the website and the web domain zz-rent.si is the company PIXEL PLATFORM, trgovina in storitve, d.o.o., Lavrica, Dolenjska cesta 274, 1291 Škofljica.
By using the website the visitor is considered to have agreed with the general terms of use of the website.
We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice by publishing a new version on the website.
2. Personal data protection
PIXEL PLATFORM, trgovina in storitve, d.o.o. collects and processes certain personal data about website visitors and certain data about persons who leave their contact details or make a booking. Personal data is carefully protected and processed exclusively for the purposes for which it is collected and permitted by applicable law.
Personal data, including contact information, shall not be used for any other purpose without the express prior consent of the user to whom the data relates, nor will it be disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.
When you submit an enquiry or a booking we process your name, e-mail address, phone number and the details of the requested rental in order to answer you and to carry out the rental. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we never receive or store your card details.
The forms on this website are protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that a form is submitted by a person; for this purpose Cloudflare processes technical browser data and the IP address.
If you create a customer account, we keep your contact details, address and booking history until you delete the account; your password is stored only in hashed form. You can ask us to delete your account at any time at info@zz-rent.si.
When visiting the website, some data (IP address, date, time, address of the page from which the visitor comes) is stored on the server. This data is anonymous and is used only for statistical processing.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, you can exercise the following rights concerning the processing of personal data:
(i) The right to access data
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the organization as to whether his/her personal data are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and additional information relating to the processing. You can send us a request to exercise the right of access to info@zz-rent.si.
(ii) The right to rectification
The data subject has the right to have the organization rectify inaccurate personal data related to him/her without undue delay, and to supplement incomplete personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing. (iii) The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
The data subject has the right to have the organization erase his/her personal data without undue delay, unless there is a reason why such erasure is not allowed or the organization has a legal interest in keeping the data for a certain period (e.g. a legal requirement to keep certain user data, evidence of the fulfilment of the organization’s contractual obligation to the user). (iv) The right to restrict processing
The data subject has the right to ensure that the organization restricts the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the prescribed purposes of the processing. You can send us a request to restrict processing to info@zz-rent.si.
(v) The right to data portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is based on the consent of the user. You can send us a request to exercise the right to data portability to info@zz-rent.si.
(vi) The right to object
The data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to his/her particular situation, at any time to the processing of his/her personal data which is based on the legitimate interests of the organization or a third party, including profiling based on those provisions. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
(vii) The right to lodge a complaint
Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of personal data. You can send the complaint to info@zz-rent.si or by registered mail to the headquarters of the organization.
Every data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia) if he/she considers that the processing of personal data relating to him/her infringes the provisions on personal data protection.

The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
